I was fucking around in the kitchen and decided to make a pasta sauce risotto... because why not?

Threw in three cups of jasmine rice into a non-stick frying pan, added 4 tablespoons olive oil, a few dashes of paprika, some ground mustard, a tiny bit of cumin and some peppercorns ground with a mortar and pestle. Toasted the jasmine rice with the spices and olive oil, and after about seven minutes I added 1 cup of red wine, mixing quickly to evenly distribute the reaction. Then I proceeded to add beef broth by the 1/2 cup every three minutes for nine minutes stirring and evaporating, then added half a can of pasta sauce and repeated until all the sauce goodness was absorbed by the jasmine. Salted to flavor, plated and served.
Cost: Jasmine rice: $0.10 Sauce: $1.09 Wine: $1.50 (I used cooking wine)
about two bucks for two massive servings of delicious risotto. HOLY FUCK it tastes delicious.

Maybe sub in the celery for shallots and mushrooms caramelized and deglazed with brandy, and topped with feta. Throw in broiler until feta melts a bit...

Just had a smothered tongue burrito and a normal chicken burrito loaded with guac and sour cream on the drive from denver to colorado springs. Put in nine hours of hard work today and am now kicking back with a few bowls, some benzos and vodka.

Nothing beats working for yourself.

A sammich. Turkey or something, maybe some pretzels. Kratom and vodka has me wanting to lay down on the floor man. Today kind of sucked a little bit. Kratom is the shit son, like a big warm hug from a jaccuzi you don't walk away wet from.
I'm going to open a kratom and feather pillow/comforter shop and knock Bill Gates to #2 on that richest people in the world list real talk. Hella.

Now I want some kratom

Go with an automatic knife sharpener, they're really effective and I'm sure he would love it.

Damn that looks like some good pizza where about do ya live?
Colorado, the land of the free. It's a supreme pizza baked with a ton of sriracha, pretty great for eight bucks.
