At school with a half O in her backpack that she stole from her moms stash.  Shes 13.
Don't know all details but I guess some kids told on her.
Getting put on pins n possibly expelled.
Oh no this is so unusual the world is over!

She told everybody she was holding it for someone else that gave it to her before school so her ma is good. She knows better than to say that to the school, she has been brought up n taught that cannabis is not bad and she understands what it is and the legality of it. Though she didn't fool us it was clearly her mahs homegrown!

It's great to see that parents are educating their children about cannabis. I wish i was that lucky growing up. When i have kids i know for sure they will love and respect the plant as much as i do.

I hope she turns out okay if her friends are no role models ( bad influences ).

I agree with the age restrictions unless the child is ill and doctors say it would help!

We don't let her smoke if that's what you think!
Although I was doin drugs at 14, my ma fought me smokin weed until she realized it helped my anxiety, then she bought it for me! 
I was about 15 n she let me get stoned but didn't want me smokin cigs...

Damn, your story reminded me the time I almost got busted with 7g of weed in high school (well our education system is different here, we have elementary school: 6 years, then high school: 5 years, then cégep 2-3 years then university) But it was my last year of high school, had just bought the weed in the morning and left it in my locker. During morning classes, the director of the school had made an agreement with cops and they were searching in everyone's locker, but 2 classes were to be searched in the morning and 2 other after the noon break (that is so fucking dumb.....)
My class was set to be searched after noon ... Some of our friend got busted, they found a list with names and amount wanted of weed, since I had gotten mine, my name was crossed and couldn't be read. We had to hide the weed, but couldn't get out of the high school, they had locked the doors, so, in our great wisdom, we decided to eat it... Dunno for you, but for me, eating 7g of weed is fucking goddamn horrible and not fun to eat ...
Anyways, after the deed was done, we went back to classes, since my name is in the last rows in the list weed had time to kick in ... I was so goddamn fucking high while they were searching my locker hahaha All they could find was an empty baggie, which didnt have anything in it so I told them it was from my lunch. They didn't believe it but didn't have any proofs so I didn't get anything.
About 10 of my friends got expelled from the school, which was private, the list was a reason big enough to kick them out even tho it wasn't written weed or anything on it, just name, amount wanted.

Man times have changed or maybe it's the way it's thought of in different places but when I was in high school I got busted by the cops smoking buds and taken to school. There was three of us and we had to sweep the weight room for a week and tell our parents.
In some states if they find out that a kid got some of your stash you might as well get caught shooting heroin into the eyeball of a preschooler.

I know at the HS I went to if you got caught with any drug law enforcement was notified, automatic 5 day suspension, and a possibility for a "recommendation for expulsion". Not to mention a ticket LE will most likely give you depending on how much you have and what it is.
