Is California going to legalize?

I invented the 99 plant law.  It prevents large entities from growing but there's tons of cheap pot around.  There's no tax on pot and you can have as much pot as you want.

There would be exemptions for breeders and people selling clones.  Enforcement would be lax and you just get a warning for your first offense and a small fine after that.

Here in California I got pulled over with 8 ounces in the car. I had a suspended drivers license and my weed license which was current.
The mother fucking Highway Patrol impounded my car and drove me to a hotel with my weed. My weed license was current but the drivers wasn't. They took the car but left me my weed.

This was on HWY 5 passing a town called Coalinga.


That's how California is already. It's less of a bust to have weed here then in the states where it's legal.

Some friends of mine just finished trimming and got pulled over with a few oz's and pills. Cops let them go without a fuss after searching the car. They got to keep everything, i guess the police were just looking for guns (?) This happened in LA a month ago.
