am i way off in thinking that you could take the stems from a plant after the buds have been harvested off it (like the actual stalk) and use it to make hemp fibers? seems like it would be a fun little arts 'n' crafts thing after you get all those buds off and are waiting for them to cure. anyone wanna write up a tek on harvesting the hemp fiber off your stalks after a grow and making some rinky dinky trinket out of it?
edit: also what about any other by-product like hemp oils and things. i think there may be a lot of interesting things to do with the stuff left over from a grow....

because my idea is to make use of the waste products from growing. that normally wouldnt be useful.

i mean technically your not "using" the stem, but you are soaking it and making some brew...
