Just a couple things I'd like to mention -
1. We've now lost enough orders to customs that management will no longer let us ship to Australia or New Zealand. Sorry guys - I really liked working with you.
2. I haven't been as active as I would like to be on the forums we sponsor, so I have someone that's going to help me out. He's new to Gorilla, but not new to cannabis. We'll share the same user-id to make it easy on the Growery, but thought you should know who you're talking to.

Dam sorry to the guys that cant get your gear. But  I still can get some.
Im in the US and I have no idea how much your seeds are ? I dont know how to change it over ? So i really dont know how much Im spending ?

just a note on after sales service or lack of it maybe.
Gorilla seemed to answer my enquiries to buy rather promptly and once the order was placed they did send the package within a week and it made it to me OK.
Some seeds that were offered free were missing and I mentioned that to them via e mail. Since the seeds were received I have struggled to communicate with the gorilla, my last 3 mails have gone Un answered.
After sales service needs attention Gorilla!!!

I'll pass your comments along. In the meantime, if you PM me your order number & what you're missing, I'll make sure you get everything you're due.
I don't do normal customer service, so I can't speak for those guys. My job is to help out members of the forums we sponsor in addition to other online work.
One thing to remember is that UK law prohibits us from discussing anything to do with growing, so if your email has anything like that, it could get automatically deleted. Given your issue, I doubt that was the problem.
I don't know if they're backed up or having some other type of issue, but I'll bug the crap out of them until you get your stuff.
Sometimes, they run out of the free seeds & send them in a separate mailer, but that's no excuse to not respond to your emails - especially 3 of them.

it does kinda suck - i like the Australians. they're a nice bunch. we would have continued if they didn't have really tough customs. there are a few more seedbanks (they can pm me for recommendations) that say they'll ship down under, so maybe they'll still do ok.
the currency exchange works like this -
if you click on the USD thing right under the cart at the top right hand part of the page, it should give you an approximate cost. i'm not sure how up to date it is with currency exchange rates.
then, gorilla bills your card in pounds, your credit card company does the exchange rate, & you pay the right amount in dollars for that specific day. it will vary from day to day, but right now if you multiply the amount in pounds by 1.6, you'll be pretty close.
that means a 10 pound pack of seeds would cost 16 dollars US.
i also like a site called www.pounds2dollars.com. it'll give you the exact amount for that specific day.
if you're sending cash instead of paying by card, they'll accept anything that's close because they know the rate will vary while your payment is in the mail.
i highly suggest using some type of card though - even if you get a prepaid one. it makes everything go faster.

Im going to try it out now .The reason I ask Is because I use a prepaid card and just need to know how much to put on it .
Plus can I use my card and order over the phone much faster too.

I think you can order over the phone - but I'm not sure anyone will be around until Monday morning to help you with a phone order.
It's 3:36 Eastern time - so about 8:36 on a Saturday night in the UK.
They're about 5 hours ahead of the East Coast - and 8 hours ahead of the West Coast.
And, it's an international phone call unless you can figure out how to call them with Skype. I've placed the phone call from the US, but haven't used Skype for anything other than text chatting.

we'd have been glad to keep sending them if we weren't losing more that got through.
i would have tried different packaging before canceling it altogether, but that's not up to me.

just wondering if oz will be back ON again in future?
I can confirm that part of the mail I got from gorilla in HK was resent to Oz. The Eagle has landed.
Maybe I was lucky but it made it OK

All I know at this point is that they're making some packaging changes & it might be back on.
Seems like some parts of Oz are harder than others - Perth seems to be a major challenge.

update on delivery to HK.
After the good gorilla contacted me regarding the free seeds I tracked the post but it failed to arrive. HK customs must have the pack. Nothing was said or any msg left at the delivery address, my friend when to HK to collect but nothing arrived, cant win em all eh?
2 packs made it to HK, the 3rd pack was lost.
juz letting ya know.

If you want, you can either pm me your order number & what you're missing again or you can use the contact screen on our site to get in touch with customer service directly.
I believe they've changed the shipping procedures since we last spoke & they might have a better chance of getting through. Either way, it won't hurt to try one more time.
US customs generally delivers the opened package minus the seeds with a notice - nothing more happens.
Australian customs is supposed to deliver a notice, but so far I haven't heard of anyone actually getting one - their seeds just never arrive.
Maybe Hong Kong is the same.
