I think the tables are pretty neat and easy accessible if you're still stuck on the archaic imperial system.
I must say Apple is a very self image obsessed company.

Thanks for the link that shows the banned apps. Apple may ban them but android doesn't. I downloaded the herb converter and a few of the others.
