Hey guys! Just made this new account to show off another grow of mine!
What you are looking at is two starryder autofem from dutch passion. You can see the DWC system and a 600W light. (25 days in this first picture set)
Feel free to post and ask questions! Follow this post so you can see how things progress!
Blue plant nutes rock! I ordered their vitablue, and got everything else at the local hydro store. The grow, micro, bloom, etc are not from blue plant nutes, but I will follow their feed schedule as best I can.

I'm pumping in air from outside the closet, so the water is at like 75F or so. I put up the scrog net, so here is some pics!

There is a drain at the bottom of my tote. The tote is raised off the floor just a bit by a platform made of 2x4s and plywood. That clear hose you see is connected to the drain and when not in use, it remains the way you see it. When I need to flush, I pull the end of the clear hose out of the tote lid and stick it in the end of a garden hose that is run out of my house and into the back yard. Because the house is above the yard, the water simply flows out into the yard. When all is done, I grab a funnel and begin the process of filling the tote back up with PHed water and all my nutes. Here is an update!

Hey guys, just a quick update! All is going well, did a res change and bulb change two days ago, here are some pics from today. I'm having an "issue" trying to keep the left plant from growing so fast and so tall. I keep raising the light, but it is almost as if the plant is trying to spite me and it grows closer to the light every time I raise it!
From what I know, you aren't supposed to do anything to auto-flowering plants that will slow them down, as it just wastes flowering time and hurts the yield. I will try to tie down what I can, but does any one have suggestions about keeping that main stem from getting too tall?

Day 43 from seed:
Here is another quick update! These things are getting HUGE. Both plants have started their flower period. They seem a bit slow going to me for some reason. Each flower spot has had only 1-3 pistols for 3-4 days now (I'm used to more so hopefully flowering will pick up).
No evidence of actual bud formation yet, which worries me, but I'll just have to give it a week and hope. I've been really thinking about switching from my 24/0 light cycle to a 20/4. What do y'all think?

Hahaha, I know right!?
I'm pushing this thing as hard as I can!
I decided to put it on the 20/4 schedule and see how that does.
Thanks for following!

Thank for subscribing!
I will definitely let you know what the final weight is!
Things are getting a bit crazy in that closet. The two plants are taller than I am now and I'm starting to think that I let them veg too long.
Day 49 from seed:
I accidentally let the left plant grow into the light. It got a bit toasted and dried out a few of the leaves. I'm hoping I didn't screw that main cola. I tied it off to the side a bit and raised the light again. I've got about a foot left before this thing gets too tall and I can't raise the light anymore. The scrog worked very well and forced the plants to fill up all of the empty space, but didn't do much towards keeping them short. Getting ready to swap the 600watt light to a 1000watt light in a few days. I'll give another update in 5 days or so. (sorry for the crappy image quality, I'll be sure to get much better ones when these things start to get really pretty)

I'm having the same problem with height, my plants grew more than a foot in a week, and i had to cut the tops off a few so my light still has some room to move. Still their coming along nicely,as are yours

Day 55 from seed:
Swapped the 600watt light to a 1000watt, so hopefully that helps. These things are going slower than I'm used to, but with 3-5 weeks left to go, I hope everything gets going. Moved a few things around in the room and everything is staying a lot cooler now.

Yes, very much so. Soon I will have to rely on only being able to tie back the branches that are too tall. No more raising the light from where it is at now

OK!
Day 57 from seed. I need to do a res change asap, but I have to wait until there isn't the threat of friends and roommates walking in unexpectedly.
I said "fuck it" and put the 600watt light back in. So all together now, I'm running 1600 watts on 20/4. I just felt like the plants arent going as fast as I am used to.
The right plant isn't going to give me much at all. I'd say 85% of what you can see is the left plant.
It got cold out, so that mean we should be running the a lot A/C less. Hopefully it will help compensate for the electric bill. Hope this pays off!
