 Should SOAD continue without Serj?

So in case you haven't heard Serj is basically "holding the band back" to work on his solo career. I personally think that if Serj doesn't want to play with them ATM then maybe they should replace him (which I know is a pretty risky/hard thing to due as serj's voice is so iconic.) with someone else until he is ready. Like Shavo said " We're trying to get a new album out, it's just not passing Serj's rules!".
So what do you guys think?

They should break up. I'd be in full support of that. Give themselves lots of years off, then come back and collaborate again. Like Primus
