What's your guess to this issue

These 2 are clones. They were taken as cuttings 6/24/13. 1ft tall. Planted in 2 gallon containers. The mix is a organic non soil medium consisting of peat moss, perlite, oyster shells, dolomite, mycorrhizae. I water, not including feeding aneurysm 3 days, I use crystal geyser water, or our well water, which is been tested and is good for cannabis. The ph was 6.4. This happened during bloom, I use Dr. earth Golden Bloom natural Organic Liquid fert, with 2-7-7. The day before this happened I had sprayed all my plants with a human safe neem spray, it was 3in1 miticide, fungicide, and pesticide, I used the spray on my 4 indoor clones and the 7 plants outside. Indoors where this occurred, Im using CFLs 16 bulbs 8 23 w 2700k 2 42 w 2700k and 3 35 w 2700k. 2 ft square. More than 1 inch yet less than 5 inches. The temperature stays at 82 F and the relative humidity is around 25%. Ph was 6.8. No insect activity, I clean it 2 times weekly. This is my first ever indoor attempt. I do have 7 years experience growing outdoors. I've always had good results. I think the spray is responsible, but that's why I'm posting I'm not sure!

well if it happened the day after you sprayed, and nothing else changed whatsoever in your parameters, it's probably the spray.

Are you taking pH readings every time you water? And after you add the nutrients?

I'm set on the spray as well I've taken pre feed/water ph and after, it never has changed, what I don't get is if the spray is the culprit why didn't all the plants do this? All 4 indoor clones had the same thing that day I fed, sprayed, used a fan to facilitate drying before I put them back under light. 2 are completely fine still, and they were cut at the same time, have had same reg but only the 2 got wasted. The outdoor plants were sprayed in the evening. If the NPK and PH readings match on all 4 and only 2 got screwed, again all 4 got same amount of neem same time same time put back to lights. Weird as hell. Thanks for the input.

No I took the cuttings from the same mother I rooted them, so there isn't any part of their lives I didn't know about. The pic were ones all dried n screwed next to the nice one are from same mother same cutting date exact regimen the whole time down to the day I sprayed n such. I also did the same outdoors and nothing was affected just those 2. I have my timer go on at1030am n off at 1030 pm. I needed etc at about noon, let them air dry with a fan for 90 min the put all four back. That night before they lights went off it was all good, the next morning the 2 were completely screwed. I'm not that disappointed, these things happen, this stuff is what defines a grower, a lot try have this happen and give up, to over come and make the next crop great is the best reward. I have my 2indoors( all was a experiment having never grown indoors or took/rooted clones, i didn't think they'd root, they did, I thought they'd die before flower, they didn't, I didn't think I get this quality, it's great i just lost 2 small as well. I have 5 fat bushy LST Purple Kush plants outside and 2 seed brood that has turned out to be a ridiculously amazing set of afghani/Indica females, so ill have meds for a while. Now I can grow inside I can grow when no one has any. Thanks again!
