ya once all iso is evap'd.... id bring it in.... mix it up good.... scrap it all in one pile... then reheat it.
Well I just have read how UV can begin to degrade your weed ( trichomes ).
I think I might pull the toaster out of the garage storage and use that then. When its cool I scrape and mix then reheat again, correct? About how hot ( temperature ) does it sit at for an hour and how many times do you do this until the ISO is evaped?

all depends on how much iso u use.... i only do big batches... (i buy MASSIVE jugs of iso from farm stores for $100 each). so my batches are much bigger then a 10 gram batch..... urs might only need 20 mins... ive done batches that took 5 days to evap.
oh ya.... if u put a fan on it, it evaps quicker ( u could prob evap JUST with a fan if ur in no hurry ). I used to blow on the top while it was heating to speeding the process.... me and friends would take turns... both commenting that we feel fucked up after (prob from breathing in the pure alcohol vapours )
temp: hot enough that the top of the toaster oven is hot (but not too hot or it might burn ur oil if its pretty much evaporated )

Hahaha yeah Im not near that size of a batch. If it only took 20 minutes thatd be awesome.. So I'll place it on top of the toaster oven and I'll also put a osculating fan blowing over it. That should speed it up. Hopefully not more then an hour or two.
If at any point i have to stop and leave the house for a few hours or all night... Is that going to affect my final product potency letting it cool and sit?

ya it will be fine.... if u gotta leave. leave the fan going... all its doin is evaping it for u.
Ive seen 5L of iso ONLY evap'd with a fan. Fucking STINKS up the whole neighbourhood
id keep heating it till all the liquid is gone (not stopping every hour).... the heating/mixing/cooling/etc is more how to purge it.... how to get all the left over iso that left over in the product.

Does it really stink up that bad? I can't have my house wreaking like crazy its up for sale right now, I thought generally that ISO didnt smell toooo bad.

the black oil thats sold here is $20 a gm. its usually very runny (full of iso still). sometimes its cutt with vasoline even. u get sick if u smoke it for too many days....
so no matter how bad u do..... it will still be better then the oil thats sold on the streets

Well, thats good to know.. My first/last attempt at ISO barely yielded anything I could even smoke. I think I topped like 2 bowls MAX. I'm gonna give it a try man.. Do you have a KiK or anything? I could send final pics

Turns out I actually have 24.5 grams of TRIM and 8.5 grams of BUD.
WAyyy more then i thought I had.. I guess ill still make ISO though!
i have a tiny ass grinder, should I be grinding this trim up?? I was definitely gonna grind up the bud

with 30 gms u will have enough to do 1 bho run. (better product / less yeild / easier to evap and purge )

I'd be so pissed about Vaseline. Fuck that sounds disgusting.
I don't have any bho, torch, pipe/tube, caps for the tube.
About how much would all that cost me for everything? And how much would 30grams yield me with BHO? I want to do whichever is more worth it
And wtf is evap/purge? Idk where to begin for either one with BHO

1. buy and clean small orange juice drink
2. poke 1 hole in bottom, and a few in cap
3.put Frozen herbs inside
4. spray full can into bottom hole. (use 2 if u want)
5. butane sprays though coffee filter, then holes
6. collect butane in glass dish.
7. evaporate by puttin in warm bath
8. takes hour to get most butane out.
9. "purge" by heating/mixing/cooling
10. get high
a oz should give u 3-6 gms

2days - 3 weeks .... i dont have a quality vac so i need to heat and mix to purge
