Any idea what variety of Poppy this is?

My late aunt had gotten these supposedly in Korea from a medicine man in our family.
I have plenty of seeds.. not sure what to do with em.

Oh and most of em are still pretty fresh so they may need a few more days to dry out completely...wouldn't want them to mold/rot in the mail
