UPDATE 08/09/2013
I got a break from the rain. Just had enough time to go out and snap these few pics and get in before the thundering started. I just noticed the Madd Krush might be male. There looks to be the beginnings of flowers but its still too early to tell. Nothing else has showed its sex. The "others" are all feminized except for the two bag seeds. Last year I grew only the bag seeds and 35/35 were female. Not sure what caused this phenomenon. If anyone has a clue I'd love to know! It's also the only reason I ended up with the "strains" I have today. Since I had no males, I had no new seed. I'm actually kind of happy my only Madd Krush is male because of this. I hate having to buy or find seeds last minute.

The two closer to me in the picture are the bag seeds and the other 8 are the mystery strain from the govt of Canada that i got from a friend who's been prescribed to grow his own medical.

UPDATE 08/27/2013
SOOO..Its been a couple weeks since the last update and not a lot has changed. About a week and a half ago I bent them over with cinder blocks and a log to promote more side growth due to the unexpected males. I'm trying to get more out of what I have. Shortly after (A week ago) the flowers started to form and i started feeding them Monster Bloom and Botanicares Pro Grow Flowering solution to get them moving along. There's a solid month of good weather. I'm pretty sure there will be enough time for them to fill out and mature. The PBD turned out to be a hermaphrodite. I'm hoping for it to pollinate itself and keep the "strain" pure as possible. The MK's flowers are starting open up so I'll be pollinating my girls soon with him. The only one that seems to be lagging behind is the RC showing about 1/4 the amount of lady parts as the others. Hence why I chose not to show it in this update.

UPDATE 09/10/2013
Things are coming along and theres about 3 weeks left of flowering before the frost starts to hit hard. We had our first frost this week. Luckily it wasn't that bad and I covered them just in case. Everything is successfully pollinated and seeds are starting to form. The Madd Krush male has done its purpose. I may collect and dry a couple branches of pollen in case i need it in the future. However I'm not too certain as to how long it will stay valid. Any insight would be helpful. The PBD has also successfully pollinated itself. I'm hoping it produces good seed. Also a subject i know little about; hermaphroditic plants and their relationship in seed production abilities with themselves and other females. Again, any information would be much appreciated.

So, I'm still waiting for the hairs to change colors. According to the breeder, and from the pictures I've seen, it has hot pink hairs. I'm sure its not the only "strain" that does this but it's still astounding how vibrant it is. Other than that, it's a very healthy looking lady!

So the medical is done. I took a few shots before chopping them.
The bag weed seed and the RC still need a week or two. Hopefully we continue to have this abnormally warm weather.
