Pressing and literally demanding that these countries have drug policies that lead to drug wars is intentional and done by America and other first world countries. Keeping these countries in constant turmoil has kept them poor with no chance of moving forward. It has done to their country what the race war does to America: It keeps their people on alert, afraid and divided. And that benefits America.

When these countries exercise their independence and tell first world countries to fuck off (concerning drug policies), America will have no other alternative but to legalize marijuana. Those countries will then prosper, have peace and move forward.
