So in case you haven't heard Serj is basically "holding the band back" to work on his solo career. I personally think that if Serj doesn't want to play with them ATM then maybe they should replace him (which I know is a pretty risky/hard thing to due as serj's voice is so iconic.) with someone else until he is ready. Like Shavo said " We're trying to get a new album out, it's just not passing Serj's rules!".
