This is my 7th growery post. I have been a member on Shroomery for years and have done multiple monotub grows and have a lot of good reputation on that site.

I was just about to ask if we really had a big French community here. 
Maybe translation software, though?
And I totally forgot about supporter acocunts, over at the Shroomery I see it everywhere but didn't even think about here.

My point exactly. No disrespect to your shroomery respect, but you're too new here to be making serious suggestions about what to do with the community.
I think what we need is a bi-monthly internet series. We include: - Rotating video grow log recaps.
Basically 3-4 growers do a little video work once a week and send it in to a person who compiles the video. The host then summarizes events and changes that have occured between the grows over 2 weeks.
- Talk about cannabis news.
Fairly self explanatory. We talk about smoking tech and innovation. Cannabis politics & economy. Etc.
- Talk grow and shop.
Talk about tech and innovations for growing. In segments, talk about how to grow, from beginning to finish - refer back to video grow logs, personal experience and acquired knowledge.
If we have say 5 people working on this a week, we should be able to pull it off without much issue.

As a shop owner id like to see the product and equipment reviews forum get more light...
I know thats gonna be a hard one to mod in order to keep crappy biased opinions out of it but before i invest in new products that im going to sell to people id like to hear reviews from others.
That and other than the forums, this site doesnt have much to offer. Everything else on the front page is outdated. Would be nice to see updated teks and what not.

I don't want to combine with the Shroomery though I do love the place and I'm still a mod there in two of the forums but having people wander over from otd and crap gets old. You know the wise advise they give for growing like "why not give the plants caffeine to grow faster" type of crap.
