idk theres possibilities that one isnt needing as much water as the rest so now its droopy.
depends, i think there are bad neematoads but there are also very beneficial ones you can buy.

lady bugs arent neemataods they are just predator bugs who are very beneficial to you.
could even go get some praying mantis but idk if they would eat the lady bugs
