They look good ! That light will work ok for veg I would get HPS/Mh for flowering! they will help your yield tremendously!

Well what did you do? Water to much or feed to much? Well my guess is water because you shouldnt be feeding now.

They all the same strain?
Well went up read it there different so what kind of soil. Every strain acts different .

Well that compost might be a little hot for that seedling. Is it getting worse?
All the seeds came out of the same bag ?
