I really dont think bugs did this but i may be wrong! but its only happen to the new growth? not old leaves??

Have you recently added anything new or fed the plants. Like you said it's new growth so it has to be a recent change. I've had leaves on plants treated with sts do this but I don't know what your cause is. The jagged part of the leaf blade being turned up means the leaf is trying to give off moisture faster then it is able to. This is usually seen under lights from plants placed to close. Outdoors it's usually on plants that are just on the verge of burning cause of being overfed or something being added.
The weird little dimples along the leaf stems are sometimes caused by being overfed also. Usually nitrogen but like I said I can't be sure.

Well did put it outside after i water it like a week ago then it was raining .Its still in a bucket . It might have been over watered ?An trust me I cant find a pic of this any were on any problem solver for mj plants or im just a dumb ass

Here are the plants that we were talking about just took these ten min ago!
Now these are plants same cloned plant just different spot in the woods Now I figure its I got a bad bag of fox farm or gen. if not this tobacco shit

I just googled tobacco mosaic virus in cannabis and hit images. There are a ton of leaves that look like his. May not be the virus but that's where I'd start treatments until I found something that more closely resembled the problem. Gotta start someplace.
