to a 3 day fast from TV
Give up turning on the Idiot Box for a full three days.
I turned mine off several years ago and never turned the stupid thing on again.

I cancelled my cable months ago dude 
theres never anything good on anyway (that you cant find online)

Every time I get around a T.V. set that's on, I get sick.
It's like a nervous twitch that wont go away till I leave the house or office that has the TV

Unplug the antenna that your TV's are connected to
Go for a complete fast from broadcast media
it does nothing but rot your mind

I pay 40$ a month for Internet and 7$ for Netflix as opposed to whatever obscene amount they are charging for a full TV package.

Pretty much. The only way I watch tv is when my girl puts on all that cooking show stuff and the locker show where they buy old storage lockers.

I havent had any cable/antenna/satelite or whatever for about 2 years now. But I do still rock a few video games. And netflix. Does that count?
