 man I hate fighting bees

I have a really bad fear of bees. I mean, one of those fears where you kinda lose control of your muscles and involuntarily scream. I was standing there crushing my phone in my fist for like a whole minute before I realized I shouldn't squeeze it. I know its stupid, and a bee is only a bee, but damn. I hear the buzzing and I just kinda lock up or run screaming. My cat and dog were super interested in a large flying thing...went to inspect and yup, it was a bee.
Home alone, I had to smash it before it got to a place I couldn't see it. Having to fight bees is like my number one fear.
IDK lol. Just feeling the after effects of a huge adrenaline rush and had to tell someone. Crazy how burnt out you feel after your mind and body give everything its got for a minute or two. I wanna take a nap and I only woke up an hour or so ago.

It was a yellow jacket btw. A bigger one than normal ones too. Not those monster sized ones, but in between. IDK what the difference is, but fuck me its scary. I saved it in an empty glass bottle, and even its dead trapped corpse freaks me out.

Now that the sunny weather is here there are hornets making homes in my mailbox, side of the house, gutter, grill, it's a mess! So I feel you Ras.
Gonna have to go all Rambo on their asses.

I had one of those nasty yellow jacket nests in the ground out back. Usually pour some gas down them but it was right over my well. I ran an extension cord out there and plugged in a shop vac. With the extension cord unplgged I turned on the shop vac and laid the hose right up against the opening to the hole. Then I went in and plugged in the extension cord. The bees would hear the vacuum and come flying out of the hole and get sucked inside. I let it run for 3 hours and had a solid 4 inches of yellow jackets in the bottom of the shop vac. I hate those bastards

Haha that sounds like fun to watch at least.
If they're outside I'm a little better, but when they're in my house I flip out. I usually make anyone else there kill them for me. Including women and children.

My mom is allergic to bee stings, and she got stung in the eye once. That was probably the scariest thing I have ever seen, it looked like her head was gonna explode.

yellow jackets are different from bees, but maybe i didnt read the thread thoroughly and you mentioned that.
we need bees! they are mother natures little soldiers.
my dad and i work in the garden around massive amounts of honey bees, they just chill out and buzz around 
i can understand a phobia though lol

Oh, yeah. Honey bees and bumblebees are pretty rad. I'm fine with them. I guess wasps is the word but bees is more fun to say.

Rode through 2 swarms of bees in the last couple weeks. Die offs my ass they're still a plenty.

What we should do is make robotic wasps that are designed to kill real wasps.
I know even the most annoying link in the great animal kingdom plays an essential role, but fuck, I don't know what positive wasps do.
