If your going to put them in the room with the new plants before you know for sure if you got rid of the pm then the only way to be for sure they don't get pm is to put either the new plants or the plant with the pm in some kind of containment.
Can't tell ya about the neem oil I hate the stuff and don't use it for anything.

Nah, I use to use Liquid Karma for lots of shit but they changed the formula and I removed it from my grows altogether.

I myself find rootech the best. Yeah they all have the same hormone but most have it at 3.5 or something like that percent including clonex. Rootech has it as 5.5% Plus it's way thicker then the other gels.
