So do these ones look healthy?
They are Blue Crack and Girl Scout Cookies.
Also are they too small for me to introduce them to the outdoors slowly? I was thinking on removing them from the rocks and putting them in some seed starting soil mixsed with some kellogg soil.

Yeah they are rooted. I transplanted them to soil and they are about 1 to 2 inches long.
The guy said they were 1 and a half weeks old.

They'll probably bounce back now that they're getting nutrients and can start to throw a root system out. That's a pitiful thing to come out of a club though.

When do you think is a good time to transplant them from soil in a dixie cup to soil in the ground?

What do you suggest I do?
I was thinking about maybe keeping it indoors under some floros for a few weeks or harden them and keep then outdoors in the cups for a few weeks.

I'd say 3-4 weeks indoors, and then slowly transfer them outside.

back to my original worry, if those are real GSC.. You just would think that they would take better care of such an important/imitated plant.
Not to say you didnt get the real thing though Deadkyns.
I wanna see em veg out.

The guy had them on 24 hr light schedule. Should I decrease the number of hours of light they get every day?
I'd hate these to flower early on me.

24 hours is fine, I would think.
Im pretty sure slowly lowering their light schedule would probably induce flowering quicker if anything, because days dont get shorter over night in nature, they happen over a span of time.
Even if they start preflowering doesn't mean you cant keep vegging.
I had clones preflowering in a dixie cup forever, they vegged for an additional 4 weeks after their pre flowers. I even take clones off those clones now and every one starts to pre flower in like 2 weeks, so its all good.

I notcied some of the leaves on the biggest one were drooping.
