I have used them a few times with great results. but recently i have had serious problem and the customer service has done nothing to help.
I had waited a month for the attitude birthday promotion to order my seeds.
When i got my order it did not come with half the seeds.
When i talked to customer service they said on my next order they would replace anything that was missing.
so i make another order and low and behold there is no replacements.
At this point o dont really care if they make up for their mistake, i am done with them.Very unfortunate.

The reason that happened was you sent them cash! I used a card and on problem . So there not going to fix it ?

damn man that sucks. i reccomend the tude to everyone. did you purchase guaranteed shipping with your order? i always do...
seeboo is the shit mang. I always send an extra 50 bucks for a server donation. I gave them a small list of the genetics I would want for freebies. On my last order i got a 5pk of dj shorts true blueberry

I even sent them an e-mail before my order to verify that i will still receive everything in the promo if i send cash.The first response said "they should be"
I sent another e-mail again asking if they can positively verify the seeds if i send cash from the USA and they simply responded "yes"
then i dont get em.
then i make another order(shame on me)get nothing but grief.
I just got a response from them that say "we can send you an extra UFO, would you like it now or on the next order"
I dont want "an extra UFO" i want the 5 seeds they owe me and something for the hassle and i aint paying for no shipping. psssh.

okay so a week went buy and i figured i would ask them for a racking number for the new seeds they were supposed to send me free of charge this is what they said
"Nothing has been sent out as the emails have been a bit confusing. I will tray to get a set pf the Birthday promo and send that out for you"
im breaking up with them. pfft.

just send them extra money as a "server donation" and then tell them about the gear you're itchen to work with. They hooked me up
