Hey everyone!
i appreciate all the help.
heres the latest on my little girls.
they are 24 days old and recieveing 24hr light of HPS (600watt). at 85F with a humidifier and air circulation (fan)
I think they look so beautiful as compared to the last update, they are all standing by themselves and really growing fast.
  
The last one has a slightly yellowing going on in a leaf. Thoughts?

Well it's a typical presentation of nitrogen deficiency. But getting it at such a young age is a little uncommon, what the substrate?

My thought is that, at twenty-something days, those plants are very small and not very healthy looking.
My guess is not enough light (too far away) and too much water.

I would have to concur with "zzzzzzzzz".
How often are you watering? How much are you watering each time you water? How close are the lights and what kind? Sorry if you have already answered these questions, ut I'm not going to read through 5 pages to get them again.

I know there small for 24 days but as previously stated they didn't have proper light for about 14 days. The light is 45" away from the light and its a HPS (600watt). I water top side with a spray bottle with filtered water about every day. But not very much just enough to get absorbed Because my substrate is almost rock hard everyday. The substrate consists of potting soil and verm. pH 7.3. Should I transplate soon to large pots with a better substrate? I was thinking coco coir and potting soil and verm. ? Are they old enough for add plant foods? I have a 10-15-10 and 20-20-20.

Woah. Do NOT water your plants every day. That does not promote healthy growth. You need to water them THOROUGHLY when you water, not just getting it moist on top. There is no way a plant that size should be needing to water every day.
The amount of light and distance from the plant is fine.
Did you pack the soil when you filled the containers.

I'd pop those out of the containers and have a look at the roots. My guess is they're not well developed from shallow watering. That, or they're root-bound to all get-out.
A good opportunity to replant in fresh medium!
If you're uncomfortable with the idea, just imagine putting your hand/fingers over the top of the pot, covering all the soil, with the little bugger nested right between two fingers. Pick it up, turn it over, and squeeze the pot just a little and the whole shebang should slide right out into your hand.
I'm sure you could find a Yoo-hoo tube video that shows it done.

Also I always mount dirt all the way to there first leaves . you should do that so they not to weak!

No no no no no. There is absolutely NO way those are root bound. No way in hell. And those are too small to be transplanting. The most I would do to the soil would be to gently squeeze the sides to break up the soil just a bit. But I would not transplant so little.

Ok so your say that the roots need more room to expand. So loosen up the soil by breaking it up? Obviously not too close to the roots. And how should I being water to make sure the whole medium is receiving water?

Okay, wait for the soil to dry out. That should be at LEAST 3-5 days with the size of your plants. Then water it an ample amount. This is going to depend on the size of your soil containers. If it's a gallon, I would be watering at least a 1/3 to a 1/2 gallon. And then letting it dry out sufficiently again.

Yes, but they're over three weeks old. Personally, I'd like to know what's going on in there. You can't hurt 'em unless your daft. If you're careful, replanting isn't traumatic at all.
I'm probably way out here but, Hawk, I have a hard time imagining 4 feet a good distance for the light, especially when the thing looks so light starved. Then again I don't have lots of experience with HPS.

It's a 600 watt man. It's plenty close. And like you said, you don't have experience with this type of setup. I think that they've been over watered, not wanting for a lack a light.
And it's doesn't matter if they're over three weeks old. They AREN'T healthy and stable. Transplanting would not do a whole lot if they haven't even set out a decent root system, and by the looks of them, they haven't.

I'd still do it. But that's my intrepid, curious nature. Anyway, if you're willing to risk damaging delicate root hairs by cracking in paper towels and transplanting the sprout I can't imagine a careful inspection would hurt anything. I do this kind of thing all the time with garden plants.
If you dump that pot and it's root bound, you know what to do. If the soil falls away in your hand and show wispy root development, the worst that can happen is you gently put it back.
Whether or not it SHOULD be done or not is another matter ....

Well thx again for the info. Ill change up my watering cycle. I think ill wait on the transplant becuase I have work too damn hard to have these girls die on me just because of an early transplant.
Ill be sure to keep you all informed with the progress.

UPDATED TRANSPLANT!!!

Today my girls are 1 month old and I heard them asking for a transplant, being that I can never say no to them they got what they wanted

My soil is:
1 Part Coco Coir
1 Part Potting Soil
1 Part Vermiculite.
pH @ 7.5 with lemon juice (because only ORGANIC for my babies!!!)

Uh, try and lower it a little bit. 6.8 is ideal for soil.
