 Yellowing and browning HELP please

Hi, this problem has been happening for about 3 weeks. Now is day 40 of flowering. the lower branches of the plant with buds are now turning yellow and brown as that fan leaf.
I've guessed it was nutrient burn for a while and kept flushing with the limitations I have. Now I've come to think it may be a combined deficiency in nitrogen, phosphorous, and calcium.
Anyone would could help this fart out?

Yeah looks like a number of deficiencies.
Flush and give it a 1/4 dose of nutes

Soil Growers:
1. Are you growing from seed or clones?
Seed; 3 females out of 4
2. How old are your plants?
40 flowering; 58 from germination
3. How tall are your plants?
1 foot - 1 1/2 feet
4. What size containers are they planted in?
12" X 9" X 8"
5. What is your soil mix?
Miracle grow (Won't be using that for now on!) with about 1/4 of the pot with perlite and scoops of sand. Topped off with a 1/2" of fish tank rocks on the top as mulch.
6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use and how much you give per watering?
Often: everyday to sometimes every other day to 3-4 days without watering
Type: Tap water
Quantity: 1L - 2L often to 3L (often at 3L runoff occurs)
7. What is the pH of your water?
Tap water: 6.3ish (using litmus paper)
8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio?
I use molasses, Epsom salt (rarely), and whatever is in the miracle grow
9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything?
Yes, tap water about once a day when the lights are on
10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights")
CFL ~200W
11. How close are your lights to the plants?
About 1/2" due to the limitations of the chamber
12. What size is your grow space in square feet?
36" X 12" X 18"
13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space?
n/a (do not measure it)
14. What is the pH of the soil?
n/a (runoff is lower than 6, the litmus paper only goes that far)
15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space?
Springtails, I have heard they a nitrogen fixative organisms that will
eat the rotting male roots away.
16. How much experience do you have growing?

Alrighty, though I only have some nutrients that is miracle grow with a high nitrogen concentrations. So I heard that it doesn't allow the plants during flowering reach full maturity with it. Also, I have only been feeding it molasses.
