woke up this morning. and the seed casing fell off. it seems the seedling is not getting any taller. i have around 150watts of cfl running on them. i was thinking that its not stretching from all the light. Also ii seem to see ladybugs on my soil is that a good thing or bad?

Well lady bugs aren't going to hurt anything. Right now the plant is throwing out it's tap root and once it has done that and get's some roots out there, it will start growing up.

Roots soil is loaded with stuff so you should be fine on nutes for at least a month.

You don't need any nutes for now. Guano is added during flowering.
Nitrogen is used during vegetation Phosphorus is used during flower
At the point you are at now you do not need any thing besides water and light. Water it consciously and don't over water. It should only need water every 3 days if conditions are right. With a shitty CFL system you are going to have to make all other conditions optimal. CFL can veg plants ok but when it comes to flower think about upgrading. I started with CFLs and grew an awesome plant to only flower it for a terrible yield.

I'm not nuting now just water. Using roots organic that's just some of the nutes I hve I alsowent ahead and got fox farm trio. I have seen couple good grows with cfls here. I have been looking into some led blackstar but reading around seems like they are not the greatest. I'm just trying the indoor thing out. Untill its time for outdoor season. Any advice on a feeding schedule for fox farm with autoflower?

Those CFL grows usually use the grow CFL's from hydrostores. Its totally possible don't get me wrong but I started off exactly the same way as you with CFLs and its just not fun seeing all that work turn into 10grams when in reality it could be 2ozs. My friends have that LED light and love it. He has grown some serious bomb but it doesn't have as much lumens as say a 150w hps. If you cant control your temps well then LED is your best bet! HPS if you can afford to make a cool tube system!
I feed my plants lightly compared to some other people I have read up on. I personally do 2 feeding with nutrients then give it a plain watering. then repeat until its time to flush. So read the direction of the nute container, I usually do slightly less then recommended, the biggest indicator would be to observe your sluts to see if they are burning if not the regimen works and stick to it.!!
I am about to harvest my ultra skunk and with a 150$ 250w I am getting these results!!

Don't know if I wanna spend that kind of. Storemoney plus electric bill. Two of my bulbs are from hydro store ones 6500k and another is 3500k. Not sure how much more to get. Maybe after outdoor season I can save some money up. That looks real nice. And thanks for any advice. I read the 4th grow bible and keep it handy. But when the wife wants me to ow what I'm doing before buying the led.

Yah the electric runs up 20$ extra a month from this setup. Those CFL's should be fine just don't expect the highest yields possible is the rule of thumb I guess. LED would be perfect for you if your trying to save!

Yeah its looking like nute burn on those leaves. I'd just water with pure water until you actually develop some vertical growth.
