I was messing around with my Extreme Q and i broke the wire tape connector thing so i took it apart properly, i'm just about done with vaping anyway.
It's 3-4 years old, it's had water spilled in it twice but it still worked fine after i dried it out.

I was wondering how to get into it but it snapped in my hand with a little force, i pinched the rest off with pliers.

I'm no engineer but it looks solid to me, you're only exposed to the outer casing and the central tube. Any bits would have 3 mesh screens and the weed to get through.
