need a little help I found this suff at my locale grocery store. two say hydroponic use. they are all 3 from Earth&Ocean systems. first up is EOS N-R-G
total Nitrogen (N).........1.0% .50%ammoniacal Nitrogen .50% Nitrate Nitrogen Available Phosphate (P2O5)..........13.0% Suloble Potash (K2O)........8.0%
Derived from Ammonium, polyphosphate, monopotassium phosphate, potassium nitrate.
Add 1 teaspoon per quart of tap water.
I tested a gallon of tap water with a test strip and this is my tap 0 nitrate 0 nitrite 120 on hardness alkalinity buffering capacity 80 to120 ph 8.0 after n-r-g it ran 80 to 200 on nitrate 0.5 for nitrite hardness down to 50 buffering stayed at 80 to 120 ph dropped to 6.4 but im betting the ph is lower then that ph meter is packed up
ROOT-CHARGE
total nitrogen (N)........1.0% 0.17%ammoniacal nitrogen 0.31%nitrate nitrogen 0.53% urea nitrogen derived from potassium nitrate, phosphoric acid, monopotassium phosphate, ammonium polyphosphate, urea, potassium hydroxide available phosphate(P2O5)......2.0% soluble potash (K2O).........1.0% Derived from potassium nitrate, urea ammonium nitrate solution, phosphoric acid, potassium phosphate.
no listing of instruction on bottle for hydroponics
veggie vigor
(N).......3.0% 2.7% ammoniacal ninitrgen 0.3% urea nitrogen aviailable phosphate (P2O5)....13.0% soluble potash (K2O)........3.0%
derived from potassium nitrate, phosphoric acid, monopotassium phosphate, ammonium polyphosphate, urea, potassium hydroxide non-plant food inredients: Organic Acids

I got ph meter ppm meter and fish tank test strips the one I test with earlier the eos n-r-g. what can I look for that would indicate it would be toxic to my plant?

Well if the company is selling, it's probably not toxic man.
If they're selling it, then they designed it for plants. What would make you think it would be toxic?

Well that wouldn't mean that it would be to toxic. It means that it wasn't designed for hydro.

It's been a few years since I've been in hydro, but I recall most liquid nutrients can be used in hydro, regardless of whether the package says it is designed for it or not.
Do a google on that product and see if you get any reviews. Call the company again, ask for the numbers of their reps, they're probably too busy to answer emails.
