And you need to use proper sentence structure in your posts please. It really makes it hard to read.

Sorry! I'm back I'm trying to come up with a soil or soilless mix that drains well. I still will hold ph and fertilizer well. So I did a bucket set up to make humidity for the root zone, and to drain the #5 pots so that they're not sitting in water. The #5 pots got the crazy mix I told you about earlier. Potting soil, peat moss, perlite, and vermiculite. Now I would like to take some of my old soil I made up and use it for filler. When I go to make my new mix. I got 2, 8quart bags of perlite, and about the same in peat moss and stirofoam beads. I have made up from old packing stirofoam. I would like to try and use the stirofoam because I've seen it in other soil mixes. I think it might work well as a filler. Also planning on putting some bone meal and maybe blood meal not sure yet.
p.s. Sorry if I had you out of breath on them run on sentences. I do that when I'm doing to many things at one time and high.

Alright, here's step one: make a decision as to whether you are doing a soil grow, or go soil-less

Describe this setup better, I don't think anybody here knows what you're talking about when you say a bucket setup for humidity. Maybe a picture if possible?

What you're describing here is a soil mix, but it doesn't sound like a very good one. First, you're starting with (and I don't mean this as an insult) a TERRIBLE soil mix from your first attempt, then you're proposing the addition of a lot of "filler" that does almost nothing in the way of correcting the issues you have.
Check it out, basic soil mix: 1 part good quality potting soil, 1 part extra chunky perlite, 1 part coconut coir (rinsed), 1 part worm castings. All relatively cheap, all natural, and good enough to get the babies up and running.
Wanna give it a boost? Well I know you've got manure, so if it's been aged and rinsed, you can go ahead and add it in a ratio of 1/10 of the total soil mix.
DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT NUTRIENTS AT THIS POINT. Get your base mix together, get some babies out of their shells, and then come check in again and we can all talk nutes. Bueno?
Also, don't forget to describe that bucket setup so we can take care of that variable as well.

im going to go with soil. i think it might have a better buffer to it. im not sure though because this is just a hobby for me. i work to much to sit on this stuff and watch it all the time. i get to come in and check about every 3 to 4 days week max.

no pictures at this point. i will try tonight. ok this is what im going for. my root grow up to the top of the #5 pot making a big ass root ball. i want them to grow down. so im going to bottom feed.
5 gallon bucket with about a inch to a inch and a half of water in the bottom of each bucket. NOT touching the pots just enof water to crate humidity under the pot in the bucket. i have a pump to move the water though the hole system to a reservoir so i can check ppm and ph of water when i need to. water will be heated to some point im sure ill look it up to get rite temp.

This makes no sense at all.
Roots grow away from light. So what you're describing doesn't seem right.

all the plant i pulled. the root mass was at the top of the soil. no roots at the bottom of the pots on most of them. some would have a small mat of roots at the bottom of the pot but only about 5% was at the bottom of the pot. the other 95% was at the top 3 to 4 inches of soil. i think this was caused by light watering they would get about 20 to 30 fl oz of water every 2 days

Well then all you have to do is give them a thorough saturating when you water them. You're over complicating this....

Ok soil PH problem with the original plants. Ph is at a 4.2 I keep adding gardening lime, 2 tablespoons a day. I check it everyday before I give anymore. I mix it into the top 2 inches of soil, will the peat moss buffer of counteract the lime in anyway.
Here is a complete list of things that I have added to the soil to make it what it is now.
mix 60% peat moss 20% perlite 20% potting soil
add ins used to adjust ph all????
baking soda vinegar hydorgen peroxide gardening lime iron nite lime rite
Not all of these were used at the same time. Also take in mind I burned them with fertlizer.

i did end up with some spores in the soil. that crossed over from a air line and the perlite. thought it might happen only when the humidity gose up to 80% or 85%they grew. panama cub very nice biggest plant to out the same pot stock was 1-1/4in plant was was over 5 foot with a foot of pot
