what physical store can you buy silk screens(220 and 75 microns) or something similar for making ice water bubble hash? also, what site would be best to get bubble bags or something similar?

You could probably find your silk screens in an art supply store, or a place like hobby lobby.

Psuper did a pretty damn good job in it and links you to a lot of places to get good silk screens.
As for premade bags, well, the original bubble bags are hard to beat and schwagg bags are pretty decent too. I picked up a three bag 5 gallon off brand set at my hydro shop thats super sturdy.

I got 10meters each of 200, 150 and 75 silk from ebay.
I also bought meter lots of the steel mesh which i used to make bubble boxes 
The silk is shit for boxes but good for wet area.
The steel is good for dry
