I found a pretty cool site that offers live police scanner feed for all over the US but also some other countries as well.
I was thinking about buying one but why buy one when this service is free?

On some really really boring nights I will throw the local police scanner on in the background and see what's going on in the neighborhood
I am getting pretty good at remembering their 10-codes and figuring out which officer is which based on their unit numbers and tracking which units are in what parts of my town

my grandfather used to have one on all the time.
back when I was 15 or so some of my homies were really into robbing shit. they stole another locals bikes without knowing they were his. little did I know, they were at his house returning them when I heard some shit come over the scanner about a kid with an axe about to kill his dad.
the dude they stole the bikes from was another criminal and appreciated their honesty and them returning the bikes. he understood, but his dad wanted to press charges and call the cops. I guess he was gonna kill his dad over it lol.
he does a lot of meth now.
