well the cactus itself isn't illegal, but when its powderized it could be misconceptions about its use.
something about "prepared" substance.
-------------------- Of course it's happening inside your head.
Why should that mean it isn't real?

I concur ....
plantit...Why don't you just get a cutting? You probably won't have any problems with it, but still .
San pedro grows relatively quick, get a cutting or two going and within a few years you can have a decent amount of cacti . And it is suuuch a nice thing to always have on hand.

I would order a cutting as well. Unless cuttings are much more money. Even with cactus powder you shouldnt have a problem. But if you did, you could always claim that you meant to order a cutting or something. So it's not the end of the world even if they did intercept your package
Openminded- I loved having Pedro cuttings. It got to a point where I had about 6 nice sized cacti from taking small cuttings from a nursery (with permission) but once they were potted, they were pretty heavy and a pain in the ass to move. So I ended up leaving them for the next owner and just took a cutting of my own to carry on. But we ended up eating it.
It will be nice living in a climate where wild mushroom hunting is possible!! w00t.

See, that term pedo gets thrown around a lot.
Is a 16 year old guy having sex w/a 16 year old girl a pedophile?
If not, then how is a 30 year old considered a pedophile for doing the same thing?
I think y'all need to look up the definition for pedophile.

I dont know, probably any ethno vendor that has other cactus products
I got mine at live nurseries in my state
I know Target and Walmart often stock San Pedro, so you could go in ninja style and take yourself a cutting
