SWTOR is now free to play 
I pay for the 15$ subscription because I like the upgrades you get but you get all the same gameplay experience for free now

I am working on finishing my first character, he's almost at lvl45 now
I just like the story line and the variety of the missions and shit
plus being able to do space battles is pretty dope

Only star wars game I have ever played was some robot one from the 90s.
That game was the shit when I was 10.
You had all kinds of parts and stuff to choose from and you built your own droid.
Then did missions and shit with it and unlocked more parts and whatnot.
Would really like to try this one out especially now that its free.
I have been trying to kick my video game habit though. 
Been having a hard time managing it with school and stuff.
Its not that I spend too much time per se, but whenever I get frustrated I put battlefield on instead of sticking it out like a should.
I hope I am going to outplay battlefield soon as I am on Colonel level 2 and still loving it.

Most of my diablo hours were clocked as a pre teen though.
Only thing else there was to do as a kid where I grew up is hunt and fish...
Not to say I didnt spend thousands of hours there too.

For anyone who does download the game and decide to give it a try. You should make your characters on Server: "The Harbinger," that is where I already have 4-5 characters that I am working on.
Got a lvl 47 Trooper that I am pretty close to finishing up
This game is the best PC game I have ever played.

I am hoping we can get a good amount of Shroomery and Growery members on "The Harbinger" though. It's a pretty high traffic, west coast server.

It's definitely entertaining. I get burned out of it pretty quickly so I generally only play a couple days here and there.
Having 4-5 characters all at different stages in the story helps keep it fun though too.

There is an awesome NBA game on right now, after this game is over I will be down to log some time
We should both start at the same time though so we can co-op early and just run the levels.
Let me know what character you decide to go with. I think I also have a Jedi Knight that is level 4 or 5. So if you go with a Jedi Knight I wont have to start back from scratch. Do whatever you think will be most fun. I personally think Troopers and Sith Warriors are most fun. But all of them have their perks.

Ah that is something really stupid to say. Disney does a really good job with movies. They did the entire Pirates of the Caribbean series and none of those movies were "childish cartoons." Disney is one of the great American companies, they consistently produce great projects. And if you think they are going to come in and make the last 3 Star Wars movies into a cartoon, then you're delusional.
The Cartoon series, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, is actually pretty sick too. I only recently started watching it
