I've likely mentioned my method for T&W around here quite a bit...but this is what I do. I only take teaspoons a couple times a day, so I'm only washing down a teaspoon at a time.



-I dump the kratom onto the center of my tongue.


-I then take a tiny sip of water and hold the water in my mouth for a few seconds while holding the kratom in the center of my tongue, just enough water so that the kratom on my tongue is somewhat covered by the water. The little bit of water in my mouth will typically cause the kratom to clump together into one single "wad".


-I then take a couple large gulps of water and the "wad" of kratom goes down all at once leaving nothing behind. Majority of the time there will be no little fragments/particles left in my mouth or throat, like 1 time out of 20 there will be some minuscule bits of kratom left in my mouth or throat.


-I'll sometimes take another drink of water to cleanse my tongue or wash down particles when ever some are left behind.




It's really easy, just a few seconds and two drinks of water to get it all down and with no taste left behind.
