I ate about three grams of the white borneo earlier, doing the old toss and wash really decreases the amount I can take. I can't wait til my encapsulator gets here.

I'very tried mixing it with yogurt and a bunch of other foods, but toss and wash is really the way to go. I haven't tried making tea, though.

Still, that's a ton of liquid. I drink about 2oz of water for every gram. Has anyone had luck with the tea?

Yeah, I tried the lemon tek on 5gs of mushrooms, and there was definitely no difference. I'm pretty sure it's just some hippy nonsense.
I've got this stress tester thing on my phone, and while on kratom, it's showing the lowest amount of stress. Fuck yoga and meditation, gimme krat!

I'll definitely be trying Green Malaysian, and Yellow Vietnam. I got some "premium" red maeng da, and it's garbage.
