Everyone on this site needs to vote for Obama
    #636156 - 09/01/12 11:09 AM (12 years, 2 months ago)

It is very important.
I know Obama hasn't been great about medical marijuana or legalizing it, but he will have more flexibility his 2nd term. Plus, the people need to be out there marching for change and then he will be able to do more.

Bush had two terms, so did Clinton. The least we can do is give Obama two terms.

The people who want him out are dumb racists. Romney would do a lot of harm for this country, and Romney is a very dumb, easily manipulated, evil money getting all of his money through Super PACs being filled up with cash from the Koch brothers. His republican friends are implementing voter ID laws to stop black people, old people, poor people, and young people from being able to vote.

Obama has signed the equal pay act for women, repealed don't ask don't tell, has started to get the economy back in shape after the mess it was from Bush, and helped create more jobs. Not to mention he ended the war in Iraq.

You have two choices- Obama or Romney. Gary Johnson has no chance.

Please go out and vote for Obama and get your friends to also. :obama:

Re elect the guy who robbed us of our taxes that shouldve gone to better things than bailing out the banks who failed on their own. Why am I forced to put money that could have gone towards the deficit, education, roads, health, libaries, whatever.

Same with the auto industry. If a company fails is it the taxpayers fault? Fuck no so why are we bailing them out?

Ohhhhh so we could save jobs? The same ones Obama is giving Romney shit about outsourcing when he allows the same and approves for Microsoft?

How many dispensaries did they raid that took jobs away? Tens of thousands of jobs. (Jobs that promote small business over large and would help the lower and midclass) Theres more drug sales for the thugs and crackheads he helped with his rescheduling of crack........... THE MOTHER FUCKER CHANGED THE SCHEDULING OF CRACK AND NOT WEED. OGDEN MEMO ANYONE? HE PROMISED AGAINST RAIDS AND CONTINUED. LIED TO EVERY AMERICAN THAT WATCHED HIM. Ive lied, but not 300,000,000 times or to 300,000,000 people.

Pretty funny his biggest backers are are the banks and microsoft. He allows microsfts outsourcing yet bashes romney over the same thing, and gives BILLIONS of our dollars to the banks.

If a business fails, its not the taxpayers fault but they get out money.

Whats better? Four more years of bullshit and running America into the dirt and putting every fucking dollar we get elsewhere. (War, drug war, foreign aid for our enemies,  etc.

Either way Im not voting for Obama. The racists thing is bullshit. Ive just watched the guy do horrible for four years. Bitches about money and economy but will go into the red for three straight months for his shitty campaign.

He could have gotten my vote if he decided to do better things with it than make adds to attack Romney and drive his Big ass car when he is telling Americans they need smaller cars.

Hypocrite and ass backwards. Four more years of his shit is four more years of America going to shit.

Enjoy your drones, an empty bank account, a homeland always in a state of war, a Federal Government who is supposed to delegate powers to the states and avoids so, a ruined economy, a president who racks up his own campaign when already in the red.... Whats he going to do for our economy if he cant manage his own bank account and projects?

SERIOUSLY?????????????????

Im down to try something new...

Democrats and Republicans are the same. Not on the surface of course, but when it comes to the meat and potatoes of running the country, they both eat the same shit.

If you want real change (you know, instead of change that you can only 'believe in' but never comes) then vote Libertarian. It's that simple.

I don't completely agree with letting the free market run amok, some things need regulation (banks, housing, oil, pharma). But every other policy of the Libertarians makes SO MUCH MORE GOD DAMNED FUCKING SENSE for both personal freedom and prosperity.

That's why I say, vote for Gary Johnson, Libertarian candidate for president. He's a lot like Ron Paul, only not so Christian. Ron Paul has no chance as a Republican. And guess what? Gary Johnson would pick Ron Paul as his VP if elected.

HE WANTS TO LEGALIZE CANNABIS
HE WANTS TO LEGALIZE CANNABIS
HE WANTS TO LEGALIZE CANNABIS

I don't see that on the Obama website.

Muslims don't want to own use. And muslisms are a part of a religion, not a country. There are plenty of muslims in the USA and they have the same beliefs/ideas as Christians and Jews. That's some racist ass shit man.  :nohellno:

This, being the real truth, is spot on. However, to actually change things, the system either has to be flushed of personnel and re-stocked, or destroyed/dismantled/abandoned/overcome/buttfucked etc...

Or we can all retreat to the wilderness and ignore the politics of those that try to impose tyranny and oppression on the free, and with the free greatly outnumbering the oppressors, why not?

Wanting to legalize weed is a very small issue i look for in a candidate.  There are a whole lot of more important issues that should be coming before it.  Like I don't know, not having endless war?  Getting our school system back on track, making sure everyone get's healthcare.

I will be voting for Obama, because having a Catholic and a Mormon as our top dogs is not something I would want.  And the fact that Romneys an asshat of the highest degree.

Now I'm not saying Obama is wonderful, but he is better than the other choice.  And everything that other guy was saying is just hilarious.

Voting for Obama is a solid idea because he is promising to do all the stuff he didn't do before and since it's his last term in office he will definitely do all that stuff because now he has nothing to lose. Although, personally, I'm a hardcore rebel and will be voting for Pris/Zimmerman because what this country really needs is no-nonsense jaguars and vigilantes.

These two posts say it all. They are partially on the same payrolls so they play into wach others' hands.
Just like Al Gore didn't win so that he could be the alternative voice proclaiming the Global Warming Swindle to the whole worldto give "green" automobile industry a boost, just like Bush Jr. was used to discredit the american christian community and have troops go into Afghanistan to surveil the narcotic war against Russia, where a high amount of people use heroin which is trafficked through Kasakhstan into every part of Russia, keeping the country in check by creating poverty and crime.

Obama is a corporate lawyer.
He was the humanistic lightbearer of the new, multicultural america that post-bush people wanted to identify with.
And as he says: "If I don't do a major change in four years, I don't deserve another four", he is pointing directly to the new right America that Romney is representing.

Well that's not true at all and you know it. Sure things aren't perfect, but to say he's done nothing is just blatantly wrong.

Remember the housing market in January 2009? I do, because I almost lost my house and had to scrape up almost $90K to keep it from getting foreclosed from a shitty mortgage company. They no longer exist and my house value has appreciated considerably, thanks to the reforms put in place by this administration. Buying a house today is FAR less sketchy than it was 4 years ago.

Remember those things called cars? We still make them in America. If you remember correctly they were about to not exist at one point. Granted, a fucking TON of government money was spent and some find that questionable, but it was spent to protect American industry, rather than outsource the labor and send us even deeper into the shitter. Our national debt is now higher because of that, but millions of jobs were saved.

There are other things worth mentioning too, but I find political debates to be like trying to take down a brick wall with a toothbrush, nobody gives a fuck what you say, everyone has their opinion and it's right and shut up.

So there ya go. Saying he did NOTHING is just silly. He might not have done as much as you wanted, and he might not have done it as fast as you wanted, but you know he didn't just sit in the oval office playing diablo and masturbating on 4chan for 4 years.

I'm not gonna nitpick because it would detract from the overall lulz of the OP.

I'm voting no confidence this year.

And he hasn't turned one damn thing around in the right direction.
True story.

Auto industry paid all those loans back with interest already, I'm pretty sure.

i don't think mitt has a very good chance.

im not a super big fan of obama, theres been some things i don't like that he's done. but my hope is in his second term he will be able to follow through on some of the plans and things he's started.

it's kind of a lesser of two evils things for me. not super stoked about obama, but if romneys elected i believe the gap between lower and upper class will only get wider, effectively  eliminating the middle class. he should be representing the people, not the corporations.

it's funny how the economy is so bad, and it's effecting so many people. corporations still seem to be thriving though.

Hmmmm.....If I could vote and I can't. (Little problem with a few thousand plants in 1990 and three years in a prison had something to do with that)

Now people say Mitt is stupid but stupid people don't become billionaires.

Obama bailed out the auto industry but what nobody mentions is that those were all paid back with interest and ended up making money. Now bailing out the banks had to be done either side would have done that or the economy would have fully collapsed so I don't give credit for doing something that either side would have had to do.

Now the medical marijuana thing. To say that Obama is against it is so totally stupid that it's not even funny. I'm in a state that has more clubs then McDonalds, 7-11s, and Starbucks combined. (that's not a  joke folks) and I do know it was nothing like that when he came into office.

To say that the deficit is on Obama is a bit rough also. Can somebody name a president that didn't go into a deficit when at war?

Last whenever the economy has gone to hell the problem has never once been solved by a republican.

So if I had to choose I'd go Obama only cause there is a weed club on every corner in Cali right now and if your state isn't the same way it's the state governments fault not the Presidents.

I keep seeing people point out that the government was paid back by the auto-industry, but I'm fairly certain that the government is 25% shareholder in one of the companies still, and the value of the stock is half of what they need to break even at. So maybe loans have been paid back (which should be pretty fucking easy, give me a few billion I'll get you back too), but the government still isn't in the clear with that particular program.

Sorry I cant vote for a dirtbag who avoids paying taxes by hiding his money in off-shore accounts. I cant see how anyone can justify giving a vote to someone who is unpatriotic.

Romney and Obama are both some really shitty presidential candidates. One is just a wannabe FrankenReagan and the other is a lying cocksucker just like every other Democrat. Despite their differences, though, they will both waste your tax dollars on porcelain toilets and extravagant dinners prepared from endangered primates because, contrary to popular belief, cannibalism is still frowned upon in their secret circle jerk society.

Unemployment is actually going down...

And what is wrong with welfare? Are you against welfare in general or what?

National Debt... Cant argue there, it's cost a lot of money to save the auto industry and all the workers that it employs. But there has been a lot of bullshit spending as well

I think despite some of the negatives Obama has done a lot of good thing. Obamacare is a great system, a lot of average-joes dont understand the ins and the outs of it but it's a great system in the longrun, gives millions of people insurance and reduces the amount of people who dont have insurance and make ER visits because they cant afford to see doctors. This drives up healthcare costs even more than anything else. That and now not being able to be discriminated against for per-exsisting conditions

The car dail out was paid in full with interest, that doesn't equal debt, homes.
These same companies are currently down sizing by the way.

Don't get me started on this tax rape again.
And speaking of such, it isn't helping me one bit, in the last two week I have over 20,000 in doctors and hospital visits, no longer covered by my insurance.
Before this Obama care shit, it would have been more like 2.000.
That's real life not opinion.

What did you cancel your insurance or something?

You are a 24+ year old and not over 65, so of course Obamacare doesnt give you healthcare, it isnt designed to. It's for young adults, children, and senior citizens mostly

I'm 36, and Obama care sounds good on the surface, but it allows the insurance companies to pick and choose what meds., treatments, tests, and doctors it pays for.
I've got the best I can afford, and with the bills stacking up, I may not be able to afford that much longer.

Went from 5 to 20 bucks on standard doctor office visits, some labs aren't covered.
If you want better percentages my numbers posted earlier are very close to the real numbers, so you can get an idea of the changes.
And remember Obama care is a series of taxes coming down the road.

So if I had to choose I'd go Obama only cause there is a weed club on every corner in Cali right now and if your state isn't the same way it's the state governments fault not the Presidents.

Club scene is over rated anyway. I think we've actually taken a step backwards with everybody making up ailments and excuses to justify smoking weed. That mentality actually supports the idea that people shouldn't be able to smoke it just for pure enjoyment. I smoke cannabis for recreational use and I'm not afraid to admit it!

See, that term pedo gets thrown around a lot.
Is a 16 year old guy having sex w/a 16 year old girl a pedophile?
If not, then how is a 30 year old considered a pedophile for doing the same thing?
I think y'all need to look up the definition for pedophile.
