I would really love to revive this site.
If any of you have any friends who are interested in cannabis,
maybe you can talk with them and have them sign up.
I want to see a lively party-type atmosphere around here.
I know we all have our share of weed-related stories we can share.
What better place to be when you get stoned than here?
Talk to other stoner friends. Share your feelings. Make new friends.
If we get to 100 active online users by the end of September,
I will personally drink and entire bottle of champagne in celebration.
Of course, I will have ripped a couple of loads before. 
So what do you say people? Can we do this? Can we bring more life here?
I know you have it in you. Prove it to me. Let's make this happen!

We've been trying man. Hence the sticker contest. I think Stone had some other ideas for contests etc. Buy some of the stickers and throw em up around town.

Well look at the Whos-Online listing.
You'll notice a lot more anonymous guests over registered users.
I'd like to come up with some kind of plan to get the visiting guests to register.

I was thinking something along the lines of:
If you register and post 100+ quality-content posts,
you'll get a free month's supporter upgrade.
If you register and post 1000+ quality-content posts,
you get 3 months of supporter and a chance to enter the Ban Lottery.
If you win the Lottery, you get a free Growery t-shirt.
(We'll have to design and make the shirts.)

Well I dont know, maybe, I mean its an awesome contest in my opinion, if we get it back, it can only help. Just look at these contest posts, they are the most viewed in the marijuana picture threads, people want to see la crème de la crème of the weed pictures, a good place for that is certainly a contest no?
Also it would push people in the ass to make them post more weed pictures, these threads sure are dead lately, I mean lots of people post their cannabis plants, but not so many post their buds, I try to do it when I get my hands on a beautiful batch...

Wowitch and highasfuck were OK guys, SB is right tho they brought color to the forum. Which at times made for decent discussion.
Usg is a good cat to have around when it comes to discussions about glass. He knows a thing or two in that department.

Lols = quality to a lot of us, no matter if considered high or low humor.
I love intellectual discussions, and I know many others do too, so we should try to incorporate marijuana or drug related content into well thought out topics where finding "truth" isn't the point. Also, who is the sites competition, except for the shroomery? How are the other marijuana forums able to pull and keep members compared to ours, and what's their angle? I have no idea, because I don't frequent any other drug related sites unless looking for answers through google. Do we have a gimmick that sets us apart?
These are questions I don't normally think about since I don't moderate any web forum, but you guys probably have already pondered.

Koopa the first thing that comes to mind about what other sites do is advertising.
In mags, on seed bank sites, and on the web.
I have yet seen much advertising on our behave anywhere, other than our stickers of course. But that isn't doing as well as I would have liked.
