All you're parameters look fine.  They might be a bit of a sensitive strain, the last pic looks like it's stressing from the nutes in the soil.

What does you're book say it is?

I am reading my book and I say its potassium .  But Im still an noob so im a little hesitant too do anything meager to them. Here are a couple more pics i took today.

Its only at the bottom of the plant.

I looked at this on tha problem solver on here.

3) Margins of the leaves are turned up, and the tips may be twisted. Leaves are yellowing (and may turn brown), but the veins remain somewhat green. >> Magnesium (Mg) deficiency. b) If not, go to #4.

4) Leaves are browning or yellowing. Yellow, brown, or necrotic (dead) patches, especially around the edges of the leaf, which may be curled. Plant may be too tall. >> Potassium (K) deficiency. b) If not, keep reading.

That might be the hardest part of growing finding out the right deficiency.

I don't think it's that.  They don't use much in the way of potassium during veg.

But I would just flush with a light nutrient solution and then on the last gallon give it 1/4-1/2 strength veg nutes.

ok Ill try that. I dont have that much water ready there in 5 gallon buckets so that will be 60 gallons of water at the correct ph. Can I use ph up and down to correct the water from the sink. I usually let my water sit for about a week before I use it.

Yes you can.  I never let my water sit that long, and I water straight from the tap.  But my water has PPM of 0

Well letting it sit doesn't get rid of any dissolved minerals etc.  Only chlorine.

No dude, the tap water, unless you're on a well, already has chlorine in it.  The point of letting it sit is to let the chlorine dissipate.
