I live within the city limits of a town of nearly 100,000 people and almost half of us are on evacuation notice. Colorado Springs down south has issued 85,000 evacuation orders. Close to a thousand homes already lost. Pray for rain brothers. More pics coming.

Dude we've been on fire nonstop for the last 2 months. We have 16 different wildfires across the state right now. No, that's not a typo, 16.
Mostly lightning starts these. Yesterday we had our first rainstorm in over a month, it rained for about 10 minutes and then a HUGE thunderstorm just pounded us with lightning and lit about 6 or so small trees on fire on top of the mountain, with some wind they just took off and within 2 hours we were looking at nearly 300 acres burned.

I hope everybody is alright out there.
I'm supposed to in in Nederland for a Bluegrass festival in August. That and Denver/Boulder for a couple of days. Do you know how those places are doing?
