Flowering under CFL's takes longer for the trichs to turn amber, and it looks like there's a lot of amber in the last pics there, 40-60% maybe.
Harvest by feedback from your plants, not some number of days somebody says to flower for. For until you know your strain and conditions, only the plant knows when to harvest, everything you're told is mere generalization and averages.
