15 litre vs 30 litre Pots

Yo
I saw two coco tent kits online and one shop sold kits that had 30 litre pots and the other shop that had a better equipped kit had 15 litre pots.
Would this make much of a difference?
Is there anyone who's had experience with both types of pots in a coco setup who could provide comment?

Depends on how big the box in the kit is, what strain you're working with, how big it should be overall. 30 litres have the advantage that the pot stays wet longer, the roots can probably breathe more, but you will have more trash material in the end(if you don't have yourself a composter) and flushing with the triple volume of water gets a little difficult.

I copied and pasted this from the 15 litre sized pot kit. "6x 15ltr pot 2x600watt air cooled with filter kit 2.2mtr L x 1.2mtr W x 2mtr H Kit"
I'm a bit of a weed noob. I can grow mushrooms and I grow other ethnobotanicals and plants in soil but I have not grown anything hydroponically although I am interested and have been reading lots.
Strain I have no idea about yet. If I can get my hands on some decent clones of what ever then I might take what I can get. However, I'd like to get my hands on a medicinal strain for my chronic pain problems. The ice strain and white rhino strain looked promising in this regard. Ordering seeds into Australia could be risky though = /

You should probably think about what plant(s) you want in the first place. For what reason (commercial/private only?). Is the set worth the money for what you wanna do and so on.
Normally as a total noob I'd say start small. Get an Indica or a small hybrid and you'll be alright with a smaller setup. If you treat your plants well you can get a lot out of them. Then after planning it out a bit you can decide better. Participate in the boards threads, look into Grow room design and Grow logs especially. I find them very useful because you can immediately see how many plants the guy's got, how he built his room/box, how strong the lights are, how big the pots are. You can ask the mall those things in the threads.
