haha nice combo. I just drank a nice hot tisane made from a mix of whole Chamomile, Valerian root, Catnip, Hibiscus, Skullcap, and Lemongrass.
I had picked up some new herbal healing books on sale at the bookstore today.
Gonna pound my brain with very useful info for the next few weeks...
Then do it all over again because I applied for a membership for discounts.
On a side note it's supposed to be descent outside here tomorrow...
So I'll probably be getting up and takin a good long bike ride after poppin a bunch of healthy supplements like Wheat grass and Grape seed extract to get me goin good.
I feel great lately!

Nah, ive been watching the seasons over the past week or two now.
Actually on the finale of season 3 right now... got a little ahead of myself and thought I was further

Not yesterday man, I was hired to be a tour guide.
Some friends of mine just got themselves a boat, and don't know shit about the lake or how to operate their boat.
After a few hours on the water, some motors problems showed their ugly heads.
Makes for a long day.

Bummer, they do say boats are just really big money pits. I still want one though. Nothing special, just a little 20' Alumaweld or something. Just wanna do some lake fishing and what not.
