out of curiosity, how many of you live near a place where you could get so lost that someone would never find you?
I live right in the middle of some mountains. if I ran out 100 feet into the woods about 5 minutes down the road from where I live and spun around 3 times I wouldn't know what was what. I mean I know enough to judge direction by where the sun sets and to have a phone on me, but if I didn't have basic survival knowledge I could have certainly gotten hopelessly lost when I was younger. people go missing here pretty regularly.
I know some of you live near deserts which are probably just as scary.
I always just assume people live in cities.

I got lost while picking marijuana in Bhutan, back around 2001. Which was pretty scary, being that the country is rustic as fuck. But this old man found me, got me all drunk, and tried to get me to marry his daughter
