The pics he posted are classic low humidity high heat stress man.

I'm perusing the book now though.

I dont think it would be a nute issue because Im using foxfarm happy frog and ocean forest soils and they have only been in the soil for 3weeks now, theres plenty of nutes in organic soil to last a month or more easy..  I was having heat issues tues-thursday and I watered today so Im hoping by this weekend things perk back up

Im topping sometime after I sex them, then starting my FoxFarm (and superthrive for my super killer blueberry clones) nutes at half strength. :greenthumb:

Remember that when once those leaves curl up like that, they wont go back down.  Look to new growth as to whether the problem has been resolved and getting better.  Also look to old growth to make sure it's not progressing.

As I reread that obviously both new growth and old growth depending on the condition are going to help indicate both progression of problems.

so how do I determine how long my veg cycle should be?  I would like to get at least a QP off each successful plant  but a half pound or more would be sweet.

Im going to top multiple sites for more colas but that only goes so far.  :strokebeard:

I know its a personal preference thing but being my 1st grow (with plants) how do I know when its big enough for flowering or too big for the veg room?
and I know I can keep a plant in veg forever if I really wanted but thats not what Im trying to ask here.

I know the longer it veg's the bigger the yield to a point but how do I judge when or know what to look for?

I feel like Im not making sense, Im not asking yields but what determines readiness or things to know to get results I want.  :confused2:

It's gonna greatly depend on how tall you plan to grow.
A good rule of thumb is to expect the plant to double or thriple in height during flowering.

Im in the same boat. I only have a couple plants but I can't let them get too tall. I am planning on using the bending method so they'll grow more short and bushy like.

Yeah those aren't female organs unfortunately you want to look for white thin hairs they won't be nice and straight like that more like....ehhh think of pubic hair lol they'll be thin and curly like but that is the area they'll be popping out of just keep a good eye out!

so how long COULD it take to show sex?  I know most show around a month or so but how long could it take cus Im feeling like somethings not right.  :confused2:

will they show even if they arent tall/big?

besides the sex Im waiting on most of them to get to the size I want them to be to put them into flowering.  i just wish i knew what was what so I could feel some sort of accomplishment :smirk:

I know if I dont let these plants get 1.5'-2' tall b4 I flower them I wont get the yield I want...  Im thinking a 3.5'-4' plant could yield at least a qp per.

i need to ditch the males to spread out the plants..  if only I knew what they were.. :banghead:
