How about something more creative using eggs as an ingredient?
Quiche
Also, bananas are good, as well as grapes. Anything you can find that would dip well in vanilla yogurt-- melons or oats etc. One time I had grilled pineapple for breakfast not a big fan of pineapple but I love it grilled.
Overall just think of what the food is going to do to your body before consuming it, and assess whether it's worth satisfying a craving or fueling yourself to live better.

Right on. It should help that I have to quit smoking bud as I wont have the munchies all the damn time. I have also been taking cod liver oil for some extra vitamins.

Oatmeal is fantastic for you, as is granola with some fresh fruit and veggies.
French toast is good too. When I make it I get two eggs and two pieces of bread, then skip the syrup and top it with fruit instead. can't go wrong.

yeah i eat super healthy, if i do say so myself
for breakfast?
steel cut oatmeal sweetened with honey or agave greek yogurt with granola mixed in bowl of healthy cereal with skim milk
id recommend drinking at least a liter of water in the mornings on an empty stomach, to properly hydrate
like dude above me said, i tell people all the time - to me eating healthy its not reading the nutritional value on the sides of the boxes. its about making common sense decisions about what your putting in your body. stay away from highly processed foods, foods high in sugar - high fructose especially, drink lots of tea and water.
shit like that

I think y'all need to look up the definition for pedophile.

I dont even understand the question right now
im baked, and im not eating your banana today, but out of order that seems the other way around, but you said it was different today!!!
BUT IT WASNT, only a little. But then I turned to mold, with plastic banana taste, that shit rhymes on sugar hill.
While I thought of nothing but downstems and days I couldnt think of.
Blabber turns to more blabber, which is awesome, but today I dont even realize why happiness is the only think, I think of the things that are not nonsense xD
Which gets me excited o:
Now to the different set of the story, I unno, leaves r falling but you are not :< definitely something wrong.
I bet its them spacecakes.
Now, im in love.
I wanna drive a magic bus xD

speaking of pancakes - and not healthy at all
my local breakfast place serves bacon pancakes. with bacon crunched up and cooked in to the pancake itself.
as for being healthy, i wouldnt recommend it.
that being said, we all got our vices.

I honestly dn't think eggs in moderation, and cooked correctly, are a bad thing. People have this overarching thought that fat is bad. But I honestly always felt better including a nice chunk of healthy fats in my diet
But to the point of healthy living. The best steps you could likely take is adopt some daily exercise routine, start cooking most of your meals, cut out any process garbage, and no sugary drinks

Hash browns? Chop up a potato and fry it in olive oil. Season to taste. Toast with PB(the unsweetened shit) and honey
Word of advice - Thyme is the best egg seasoning besides hot sauce. When I discovered this fact it actually made seemingly boring eggs appetizing.
Omelets are easy and can be good depending on the ingredients. Spinach is pretty good in an omelet and a decent way to eat some veg in the morning.
I am usually content with water, fruit, and coffee in the mornings though unless I stretch my morning to more than an hour. In that case I will eat heavier food after I "wake up".
Like SB said, Water is key.

Well eggs are very high in cholesterol which is sort of ambiguous the same way carbohydrates and protein are as there are different types. Eggs have some good fat and a lot of protein in them. They get a bad stigma but as long as you are not overloading your body with them it's all good. All the "bad" shit is in the yolks, but that is also the delicious part.

I have been eating Oatmeal just about every morning for breakfast for two years and still love it.
I add strawberries when they are in season (now) I add bananas when they are not I add nuts walnuts, almonds, pecans...whatever you favor. Cinnamon is a MUST, love that stuff! ---This tastes bomb and doesnt require you adding sugar!
If you want more protein and are trying to bulk up I have also had good results eating oatmeal with a good amount of organic peanut-butter. Its bomb! if you like peanut butter...

For breakfast I eat 3 scrambled eggs with hummus, hemp seed, and srichia. Then I eat either a banana, orange, or an apple. If I eat some bacon along with it, that is some long lasting energy.

i usually eat one of 3 things for breakfast. i weight train in the am so what i eat depends on the amount of time i have to digest my breakfast before hittin the weights.
- 4 egg whites scrambled w/ skim milk. nuked in a bowl for 2 mins 30 seconds. then place a few slices of deli ham on the cooked egg. nuke long enough to heat the ham up. place on whole wheat bagel thin and eat!
- old fashioned quaker oatmeal w/ skim milk. top with diced apples, raisins and cranberrys. a splash of sugar free maple syrup makes it very tasty.
- protein shake with a scoop of whey and caesin. (slow and quick release proteins) skim milk of course. and some fruit for a quick dose of simple carbohydrates.
thats pretty much all i will eat for breakfast....aside from the occasional bowl of cereal.
