The Alpha 13 is getting a good amount of amber showing. Maybe one more week till harvest.
The BB cross is just starting to show some amber, maybe two more weeks. The mother has had the thickest growth I have seen on a plant and half as tall as the Alpha 13. It does seem to be a slow growing plant but if it packs on the weight I like I think, will be worth the time.
Will be keeping mothers of both.

Day 2 of the cloning is coming to an end.Clones are looking great. Changed water tonight. Water temp is 84f at the end of that run. New water was put in at 70f. Must remind myself to ck temp in morning.
What does everyone think on my temp being so warm. Safe? Its only March and outside temps or 80f.

Day 3 of cloning. Cool front dropped in and help with outside temp. Mid 60's tonight. Water temp in ez cloner 80f
So far so good.
Reminder to self: Clones and recovering moms are under 220 watts T5HO. Also note which plants root best. I consider this to be an important pheno in a plant for indoor cult.

The hard work is showing progress. 54 females
Smoke Report on the BB cross Its got a good body buzz but no where near locking one to a couch. No Blue Berry taste what so ever. Must remember this was an unstable strain. Will be interesting to see how the hydro version turns out.
Not happy with pump supplied with this kit for filling table. I'm running it every 4hr for 30 min and it does not fill the table to the point of reaching the overflow drain. Had to also use the 300 gph res drain pump to do this. Need to find out the gph on kit pump and upgrade on next grow.

I feared this, that little lady took after her mother hashberry a bit to much.

Its taken me a few days to dail in this 40 gal res. GH are much differant from FF in amount of up and down needed for pH ajustment. Running around 6 pH and EC is 1.2 Started 12/12 tonight
This is day one of flowering.
Also down to 52 plants, the two with short roots did not make it. Have fixed pump problem.

Day 7 of flowering Already got roots growing into tray. EC(ppm) is been staying at 1200 or just below. Water temp is at 82f, about what day time temp has been. Water temp is a concern as we get further into summer.
Have read that root rot starts at 90f but I have no experience with this. Someone comment on this.

85 to 90 is where root rot likes to start. A friend of mine uses Hydrozyme and seems to keep his plants alive thru summer. I'm lucky I don't have such heat to deal with.

Stoney I will ck into that product.
Hawk, thats apita. Tried it before on a much smaller scale.
May still have a solution but will require moving the plants, a question. Some plants are getting long roots and even intertwining, is it going to hurt the plants when I move them? Some roots will be damaged.
Pic's will follow later batteries are dead.
Also this is day 27 in flowering. Need to do a res change but will wait a few days till I get this question resolved.

As long as you don't rip or tear the roots they will be fine. But I don't know why you don't just use the system I described. I had a 100 gallon res that this worked great in. You just have to stay on top of it. Make sure you always have more gallons freezing, and use enough of em to get the job done. Your other option is to buy a reservoir chillier.

The Alpha 13 is growing like a weed. The BB cross is stayiing short.
Those sad looking leaves(Alpha 13) were caused by pH.Me having to be gone for a few days, more than once. The BB cross has shown no effects from pH being off.
Alpha 13 bud in progress
Humitity is about 86 sonds high to me. The next thing to fix.
Hawk As all you mods know, I am very close to KaptKid. So he loaned me this.
http://www.growery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/497771#497771 KK needs to update that thread. The refeg part is BS. The water evoperates from the semi closed off tank. Would need a sealed container made to fit. That would be dollars. This was to be a cheap tek but the 5 gal ice bucket is still worth a try. Only need to keep down a few degrees for not very long.
Water chillers are in my furture.
The bottles, apita = a pain in the ass, plus the hole is to small.
Learning alot out of this 2nd hydro run and having fun.

Day 51 of flowing
BB Cross, staying very short
The Alpha 13
Think I have another 2 to 3 week before harvest.
Very , very lucky to still have plants growing. The pump to supply tray went out one of the times I had to travel. Was without water and nutes for 2 or 3 days. The pump I put in for draining the res was the same size so it was a fast fix using it.
So far the water temp has stayed below 85f.

The trems mean the same thing.
Its a 4 x 4 tray with 56 plants. They are sticky.
