Just got caught with 2 ounces of cocaine and 1 pound of weed while he was speeding. 
Right after 3 of my friends got caught with weed. (smoking a hookah at the lake)
Yes, I realize both of these are retarded but damn, been 25 drug arrests here these past 2 weeks and theyre mostly all my friends. (me included)

It was retarded for him/her to be speeding while trafficking. If you're going to play the game play straight and assume the everything and everyone is working against you. Don't drive drunk, high, or with a friend; have a legit story for why you're driving the direction you're driving and make sure you have someone to account for it.
No offence to your friend at all, these are learning experiences.

However it seems that your friend is going to learn that the hard way; through the judicial system.

I know it's retarded and I used to play the game as well. He was one of my associates. I'm not saying what he did was acceptable.
I just feel bad for him.
It also sucks when almost all of your friends are getting arrested within a period of a month.

Yes it does. It's like the people getting popped while trafficking for having a tail light out. Speeding while you're trafficking is just as stupid. People see that and assume people who traffic and partake in drugs are stupid. It helps perpetuate the stereotype.

Doesn't matter how much he was speeding by. He was speeding. When I have large amounts on my I hit cruise control at 3mpg under the limit. It's just plain stupidity, and it is just as dumb as having a taillight out, because it is something that is completely preventable.

Have to say I agree with this, speeding with that amount of illegal shit on you is incredibly stupid and gives nothing but a terrible name to the drug community. Everytime I've been pulled over for a breathalyzer test I was going 60mph and the cop said he pulled me over for speeding. And my friends always say to go 58-61 mph to avoid suspicion.
If I carry something illegal I make sure to have a plan, and a damn good hiding spot and sure as fuck do not break any traffic laws, that is just asking to get busted.
Also there is not a fucking chance in hell I would carry that much weight in illegal shit on me at once in a car.
I am interested in how the search of the car was allowed? If your friend was smoking weed in the car then that's just a huge facepalm, and I have zero sympathy for him.
