 Got arrested..

Well... It goes a little like this..
Guy owes me 300$ for something.. Decides hes not going to pay. I say that the money owed is owed to my mom (threw me)
Nigga says fuck you and your mom.
My fist immediate met his face, his head hit the back of his seat( in his truck) then the steering wheel / horn. He throws it in reverse and hauls ass.
20 mins later the police show up with him. He is missing a tooth and his lip is split. ... fuck nigga 
I get arrested for assault. Spent 6 days in jail before being let out after court. Got out today and harvested my girls.

Wow that is fuckin lame man... Sorry to hear that... At least you broke him a tooth fuck yeah!
I broke one while I was completely fucked up on abusive alcohol and shrooms, I can tell ya man, you might have spent 6 days in jail, but he's stuck with that forever man, I got a fake tooth atm, it breaks like every 2-3 years... I also have to watch out not bite anything hard like candies or frozen thangs, I tell you man, you win.

ill get offered 6 month probation, ill taker 90days n jail and with gain tiem do ~ 67 days like a champ. got some friends in there right now anyways

If you took 6 months probation instead of taking 90 days in jail, and 120 days later on probation got arrested for something, would u end up serveing more then 90 days in jail as a result?

I would be offered 6 months probation.. I can take 90 days instead, half. and in florida you do 85% of the time. so with that and gain time for being a trustee.. ~67 days

Definitely is a trap, but 6 months probation isnt shit. especially unsupervised or standard probation
Fuck 2+ months in jail.. I dont mind jail but I like my freedom much more. Id at least chance the probation. Worst case is you violate and you have to do the time for the assault

I feel like id take the jail time too.
I've never been...knock on wood...so it would be a learning experience for me so I could remember not to fuck up again.

Its fair, I'll go in with 200$ and have enought canteen to make it threw. I have friends in there and I can still smoke bud in there :P
On the outs on probation, no smoking and if i do, I end up doing 90 days anyways..
So.. I will safe everyone the time and tax payers some money and just take the time off the rip.

So are you losing the 300 you were owed by court fees n sheet?
My advice: only lend shit out to people you trust and 300 isn't worth gettingnarrested over. That's chump change.
