optimal diet for ridding THC?

Of course I've stopped smoking completely and have been for quite some time. Unfortunately as much of a chronic smoker as I was I still have some traces left.

I've heard from different sources to avoid fatty foods to clear it the fastest and others say that you SHOULD eat fatty foods because the metabolites stick to fat cells.

What would you say is the better of the two?

All I know is cranberry juice is said to flush you out.

I thought to believe cranberry juice worked as diuretic to dilute your urine for use right before the test?

Lots of water and exercise.  Other than that it's just time.
