I read those, thanks. I'm hoping someone has recipes for different media specifically designed for MJ. I feel safer asking here. I wouldn't ask just anybody. Some folks get all uptight.
Hi Petri Dish, We have made it so easy to get plants into culture and back out again. The time in between is a matter of successive cultures to store the mother tissue. You can stretch the storage time by chilling the cultures to 58 degrees but the best new technique we are using from the kit is putting two inch cuttings into liquid culture for two weeks and them planting them in root plugs.
We are using discarded veg clippings, getting all the advantages of tc, and getting rooted plants in a few weeks. No mother plants, any plant disease is revealed and eliminated, cuttings are stocky, branchy, and genetically revived. Clones grow veg plants which make new clones, and all of the flower quality limbs are preserved. The lead users are already flowering what used to be their mom rooms.
Microclone, the last post of this thread was made 5 years ago, and the user petridish hasn't been around for almost 4 years.
In the future, you can find this info in the subject line in the last post, and the information of the user to the left of each post, respectively.
Obviously, feel free to respond to older threads if you feel the information is relevant, just make sure to follow the rules of the board when posting.
Thanks, and welcome

Hmm can we see picks of liquid culture? Do they grow much more then just rooting the cuttings?
Sorry i just saw video ty
What if we just used the nutrient hormome lc solution in say rockwool or perlite and planted microclo es directly into that in a domed plant tray? Then replace solution with rooting harmone solution later on when saw leaves? I know small advantage but save a step of bottling. Perhaps using peroxide to mantain relative cleanleness?
Suppose only bottling when wanting to store microcloned mother??
